Fear of Sleep Hypnosis Meditation
This simple meditation is designed specifically for people who are afraid to fall asleep. It's also great for anyone who wants to feel zen, relaxed, and comfortable in their own skin.
To do this exercise:
- Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Make sure there are no electronics on or nearby (no phones, computers, etc.).
- Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Focus on exhaling slowly through your mouth while inhaling through your nose as you count 1-2-3-4-5… etc. Keep doing this until your mind is clear enough that you don't hear anything else but your breath entering and exiting through your nose. This may take several minutes—just relax! If you find yourself getting distracted, just guide yourself back to focusing on the sound of your breath entering and exiting through your nose.
- Once you've cleared your mind enough that nothing else seems louder than the sound of your breath entering and exiting through your nose, imagine yourself floating up from the ground into a dreamy white cloud high above all the worries of life down below. You can feel yourself floating higher and higher until finally you awaken from
I'm going to teach you a powerful meditation that will help you get rid of your fear of sleep hypnosis.
First, take a deep breath in through your nose and let it out slowly through your mouth.
Now imagine that you are standing on a beach. You feel the sand between your toes and the warm sun shining down on you.
As you inhale, imagine breathing in the calming energy of the ocean, and as you exhale, let it wash over your body like a warm wave.
Imagine yourself walking along the shoreline, staring out at the horizon as it melts into the sky above. The water is calm and blue, reflecting back the colors of the sky above it. As you look out into this vast expanse of blue, let yourself feel relaxed and at peace with yourself right now in this moment.
Now imagine that there is someone standing beside you on this beautiful beach—someone who is there to support and guide you through anything life might throw at them both together as one united front against any obstacles that might arise in their lives together no matter what happens next because whatever happens next will be okay so long as they're together forevermore!

Hi! I'm [name] and I'm going to help you get over the fear of sleep hypnosis.
Sleep hypnosis is a natural phenomenon, but it can be scary if you don't know what's happening. You might have heard about people waking up from sleep, only to find that they've been hypnotized without their knowledge or consent. That's because people can be hypnotized while they're sleeping—but it's not something that happens as often as you might think.
The truth is, most people who use sleep hypnosis are either self-hypnotists or professionals who use it for therapeutic purposes. If you're looking for an easy way to overcome your fears and anxieties, then this meditation may be helpful for you.
We'll start by getting comfortable and focusing on our breath. Once we feel settled in, we'll begin by visualizing ourselves in a peaceful place where we feel safe and secure—and then we'll move on to imagining ourselves facing whatever is causing us anxiety right now: our fear of sleep hypnosis!
Hello, I'm [your name] and I'm here to help you beat your fear of sleep hypnosis.
You're not alone—I know how scary it can be when you wake up in the middle of the night, paralyzed and unable to move. You're probably thinking, "I have been hypnotized! What's happening? Am I being held against my will?"
And while that might be true, there's a good chance it's just your body doing what it does naturally when you fall into deep sleep: protecting itself from any outside interference that could cause harm or discomfort.
This is your brain's way of making sure you don't roll over onto your back during an arm-twisting exercise or accidentally swallow your own tongue while sleeping on your stomach. It's also why if someone tries to talk to you while you're asleep they'll get no response. Your brain is simply too busy trying not to get hurt or killed by its own body to have time for anything else!
So don't worry—it's normal! And now that we've got that out of the way…
