You will be guided through a series of deep relaxation techniques that will allow you to access your subconscious mind. This is where all of your fears, insecurities, and negative thoughts exist. Once there you will be able to confront each one on an individual basis and reprogram them into positive beliefs that will help you overcome your fear of smells and other phobias.
Take a moment to close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it for 3 seconds then exhale slowly through parted lips. Repeat this process two more times until you feel relaxed and calm.
Now imagine yourself in a safe place with no worries or stressors present. What is Fear of Smells?

This meditation is designed to help you overcome your fear of smells. You'll be guided through a relaxing journey that will help you get in touch with your true self—and then we'll work on overcoming your fear of smells.
First, let's start by getting comfortable. Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed for the next 20 minutes or so (if possible). Get yourself into a comfortable position—maybe sitting up in bed or reclining on the couch.
Now close your eyes and take deep breaths. Let all of your cares go and just focus on your breathing for a few moments. When you feel ready, just begin to count down from 10: 10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1… 0!

Now, imagine yourself walking down a long path that is lined with tall trees. You can hear birds singing in the distance, and there's a light breeze blowing through the leaves on the trees. As you walk along, you see an old man sitting on a bench at the end of the path. You know who he is: He's your subconscious mind! He's been waiting for you so that he can help you overcome your fears, which will make it easier for both of us to accomplish our goals together.
