Imagine yourself sitting in a chair. You're relaxed, calm, and comfortable. The room is quiet and the lights are low.
You can feel yourself sinking deeper into the chair as you focus on your breath. In… out… in… out…
As you breathe, imagine that you are surrounded by total darkness. There is no light at all—just blackness everywhere you look.
Now imagine that there is a sour lemon on the floor by your feet. It's sitting there, waiting for you to do something with it.
You can pick it up or throw it away—but either way, you'll need to deal with it soon because it's just sitting there on the floor!

I am going to count from five to one, and when I reach one you will be in a deep hypnotic state.
Five, four, three, two, one.
You are now in a very relaxed state. Your eyes are closed and you are feeling so relaxed and comfortable. You feel like you are floating on a cloud and can't feel anything else but the cloud.
Now, imagine a lemon. Imagine this lemon is sitting in front of your nose. It smells so sour that it makes your lips pucker up like you have just eaten something sour. You can almost taste the lemon juice in your mouth as it makes its way down into your throat and stomach. It tastes so sour that it makes your stomach churn with nausea and want to vomit up all the food inside of it. The lemon is making everything inside of you feel so uncomfortable that you want to get away from it as fast as possible!
Now imagine yourself taking this lemon and squeezing every last drop out onto your tongue so that every part of your tongue gets soaked with this sour juice from this juicy little fruit! How does that feel? Sour isn't it? That's exactly what fear is like when we

-Welcome to the Fear of Sourness Hypnosis Meditation. In this meditation, you will be guided through a process that will help you overcome your fear of sourness.
-If you're ready to learn how to face sourness with grace and ease, then let's begin.
-I want you to take a deep breath in, and then exhale slowly. As you breathe in, imagine yourself in a place where there are no sour foods or drinks. Just imagine yourself in this place for a moment.
-You are safe here, and nothing can harm you. And as you continue breathing in this place where there are no sour foods or drinks, imagine that every cell in your body is relaxing and releasing tension. As each muscle releases, it becomes heavier and heavier until it becomes completely relaxed and at peace.
-Now I'd like for us to focus on the area of your body that feels most tense right now—the part of your body that feels most uncomfortable when we think about sourness. We'll start by focusing on that area of your body and visualizing it becoming warm and heavy as if it were filled with warm sand or water instead of blood or tissue. As we do so, repeat out loud

We are going to take you on a journey through the subconscious mind. You will experience some relaxation, feel some peace and even start to feel better.
The first step is to get comfortable in your chair or couch. Make sure you are sitting up straight, not slumped over or leaning on one side.
With your eyes closed, take a few deep breaths. As you inhale through your nose, imagine that you are breathing in positive energy and exhaling anything negative or unwanted out of your mouth (like a smoker). As you exhale, imagine that all those thoughts are being released from your body and into the atmosphere where they will never be able to bother you again. Continue taking deep breaths until you feel calm and relaxed.

You can use this fear of sourness hypnosis meditation to help you change your relationship to sourness in just 20 minutes.
The first thing you need to do is make sure that you are sitting comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and your arms, legs and back relaxed. The next thing is to close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
After you have done this, imagine yourself walking into a room in front of you. This room has no windows or doors but there is a chair facing towards the door where you entered. In this room there are two chairs - one is smaller than the other. Choose which one is going to be yours by sitting down on it now.
Once you have sat down on your chair, imagine yourself looking at yourself in a mirror across from where you are sitting. As soon as you see yourself in the mirror, look into its eyes and say: "I am ready to change my relationship with sourness." Now imagine yourself walking out of this room through the door behind where you were sitting before leaving this place behind forever by closing its door shut behind me as soon as possible
