Imagine yourself walking through a dark forest.
You're alone, and you're a little bit scared.
The trees loom over you and the ground is covered in fallen leaves.
You're not sure where you're going or if there's anything to see along the way.
Suddenly, out of the corner of your eye, you see something moving! You turn around and see… stars! They are everywhere! Some are bright white, some are blue, some are red and orange—they are all different shapes and sizes too! You've never seen so many stars before!
As you look closer at each individual star, they start to move and change shape. One star starts to look like a person's face; another looks like an animal; another looks like a flower…
You keep looking at them until eventually they become so bright that they hurt your eyes. You close them tight but then one of the stars lands on your shoulder. It feels heavy but warm too. And then suddenly… everything goes black.
The stars are the most beautiful thing in the sky. They're so bright and colorful, and they take up so much space that it's hard to believe they're just balls of gas floating around. But at night, when you see all those stars up there in the sky, it can be easy to get overwhelmed by their beauty. It can even be scary.
That's why we created this hypnosis meditation for you: to help you feel more comfortable when you look up at the sky and see all those stars in front of your eyes. In this meditation, we're going to teach you how to stay calm when you look at stars—and how that helps your fear of them start to fade away.
This is a hypnosis session designed to help you overcome your fear of stars.
We know, it's not always easy to face your fears—but don't worry! You are safe here. We will guide you through this process and help you feel comfortable and at ease as we work together to defeat your irrational fear of the night sky.
We'll start by establishing a relaxing environment where you can focus on feeling calm and centered. Then we will guide you through a visualization that will help you understand what is causing your fear, along with some common fears shared by others who suffer from this condition. Finally, we will give you suggestions for how to move past your fear in order to live a more fulfilling life.
You're ready to begin? Let's go!
Fear of Stars Hypnosis Meditation
Fear of Stars Hypnosis Meditation is a guided meditation to help you let go of anxiety, stress, and worry. It helps you to relax and fall asleep faster.
This hypnosis session works with the power of your subconscious mind to release the negative emotions that are keeping you from achieving your goals.
You can listen to this audio whenever you want to feel relaxed and happy. You can also use this audio before bedtime to help you sleep better.
You are about to listen to a hypnosis meditation that will help you overcome your fear of the stars.
The next time you see a starry night sky, or even just a picture of one, you'll feel much more relaxed and calm. You will be able to enjoy the beauty of the stars without feeling any fear or stress.
You're going to imagine yourself sitting under a tree on a warm summer night. The sky is full of twinkling stars—so many that you can't count them all! The ground beneath you is soft grass. It feels so good against your back as you lean back against the tree trunk with your eyes closed and begin to relax even further.
Inhale deeply through your nose for five seconds, hold it for five seconds, then exhale through your mouth for five seconds more. Keep breathing this way until you feel completely relaxed and calm inside.
Now imagine that there's a very special star up in the sky directly above where it's shining down upon where you are sitting right now. It's just like any other star but with one special quality: when it shines down on you, it makes everything feel better in some way—more peaceful or less stressful or just easier in general
Hey, it's me.
I'm here to help you get over your fear of the stars.
You've been feeling this way for a while now, and it's time to take action. You need to overcome this fear before it starts holding you back from living the life you want to live.
The first step is to realize that your fear of stars isn't real—it's just a thought in your mind. And thoughts can be changed, so let's start changing yours right now by focusing on something else: the stars themselves.
I want you to imagine yourself lying on the beach at night, looking up at the sky with no clouds obscuring your view of all those twinkling lights above us. Imagine how peaceful it feels. How calming it is just being there in that moment with nothing else going on around us but us—you and me! Just me? Okay, fine… just me and my imaginary friend who's pretending not to be there because there are other people around who would be weirded out if they heard him talking about how much he loves stargazing too much (and also because he writes really bad poetry).
Anyway, imagine being there on that beach with me (or maybe my fake friend…

This meditation is designed to help you learn to cope with your fear of stars. It will help you understand where it comes from, and how to overcome it. The more relaxed and calm you become while listening to this recording, the more effective it will be at helping you get over your fear of stars.
Hey there!
Are you afraid of the stars?
Well, I'm here to tell you that it's not just a fear. It's a phobia. And I want to help you get rid of it.
I've been helping people overcome their phobias for years, and I can help you do it too.
Just sit back, relax, and let me guide you through this hypnosis meditation. Soon enough, you'll be able to look up at the night sky without fear!
"I am a star, a star that shines bright, and I will be here for you always. A star is strong, a star is powerful. A star can do anything it sets out to do. And so can you."
Hey! Welcome to the fear of stars hypnosis meditation.
I'm going to ask you a few questions, and then I'll lead you through a short meditation to help you relax and feel more centered. After that, we'll talk about what's going on with your fear of stars, and how it might be affecting your life.
So let's start with some questions: what is your relationship to the sky? Do you feel like it's just above you, or do you feel like it's a part of you? Do you feel connected to it in any way? Do you ever look up at the stars when they're shining brightly on a clear night?
If so, what happens when they're out in full force? How do they make you feel? Are there any memories or feelings associated with them?
Hi, and welcome to this Fear of Stars hypnosis meditation.
I'm going to ask you to close your eyes, and then I'll guide you through this process.
First, we'll do a quick breathing exercise to help you relax. You might want to put on some headphones or earbuds before starting this meditation. The sound of my voice will guide you into a state of deep relaxation.
Now imagine that you're lying on a beach somewhere in the tropics. You feel the warm sand under your body and hear the sound of waves crashing on the shoreline nearby. The sun is shining down on your face, and as it warms your skin, you feel yourself slipping into a state of blissful relaxation. Your breathing slows down as you exhale deeply and let go of all tension in your body. Next time you inhale, take a deep breath in through your nose and then let it out slowly through pursed lips as if whistling softly through an imaginary teapot spout that's just below eye level—like this: [whistle]. Keep repeating this whistle until your mind is completely focused on nothing but the sound itself—the rhythm of it, how it makes its way into your ears and
