How to Overcome the Fear of Step-Father Hypnosis Meditation

Step 1: Relaxation Techniques
First, find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed for at least 30 minutes. Then sit down and close your eyes while taking deep breaths through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Focus on your breathing while counting to 10 each time you inhale and exhale (inhale) or 5 each time (exhale). Continue this pattern until your body feels relaxed and calm. This may take some practice before it becomes easy for you, so don't worry if it doesn't work right away! They are trying to trick you into thinking that they can do something that doesn't exist in order to gain power over you and control your life!
In the meantime: don't let them get their hands on any mirrors or other sources of light while they're sleeping! Keep all mirrors covered up at night time; make sure no one has access to any light source while they're sleeping; and always check behind
I'm going to hypnotize you right now, and I want you to know that it's all going to be okay. You're going to feel safe, and you won't have any worries.

Now, let's start by imagining a place where you feel really at ease and safe. Maybe it's your bedroom when you were a kid, or maybe it's a park you go to often. Whatever the case may be, just imagine yourself there now.
I'm going to count backwards from 10 with my voice until my voice fades away completely, and then I'll leave you alone in this place for awhile so that you can enjoy yourself as much as possible before we begin again.
