Take another deep breath and feel yourself relaxing more and more as you imagine this scenario.
Now, imagine yourself picking up one of these stickers, but instead of feeling afraid or anxious about it, what if instead you felt calm? What if instead of thinking about how bad it would hurt if someone stuck one on their forehead or chin or cheek, what if instead all you could think about was how nice it would feel against your skin?
Take another deep breath and allow those feelings to come back into focus. If there are any other ideas that come up around this topic—whether they be related to stickers or not—allow those thoughts to come forward as well so they can be addressed by the hypnosis session itself.

I know that when you look at a sticker, it makes you feel like something terrible is going to happen to you. It's almost like a panic attack. Your whole body feels tense and tight and your breathing gets shallow and quick. You might even have a headache or feel nauseous. You know what else? You think everyone around you is looking at you because they can see that there's something wrong with your face—but they can't see it because they're not looking at your face!
But guess what? They're not looking at your face! They don't care about whether or not there's something wrong with it! Those people are just thinking about themselves and their own problems—they don't even care about yours! And what's more, those stickers aren't going to hurt you—they're just paper! They won't even leave a mark on your skin if you touch them (unless they're sharp).
So why do we get so terrified by these little pieces of paper? Well, let me tell
I am going to count from one to five, and when I reach the number five you will be in a deep hypnotic trance.
Now, relax and listen carefully to the sound of my voice.
One. You are starting to feel very, very relaxed. Your eyes are getting heavy and droopy and they want to close.
Two. You can't help but breathe slowly and deeply as you relax more and more with every breath that you take in and let out.
Three. You find yourself wanting to close your eyes as your body involuntarily relaxes even further with each breath that you draw in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth, which feels so good as it passes over your lips, allowing them to part slightly as they do so while also feeling the warm air entering your lungs, filling up every cell in your body with oxygen before being released back into the atmosphere again once more until it reaches its original state of rest again after having done its job once fully refreshed now ready for whatever else may come next if anything at all at all which seems unlikely at least for now here alone where nothing else matters other than this moment right here right now
