In this meditation, you will learn to overcome your fear of suffering and disease. It's a common problem, especially for people who live in cities.
If you've ever had to take the subway or bus in a major city, you know what I'm talking about. People are constantly coughing and sneezing on you. If it were up to me, I would just stay in bed all day and never go outside. But that's not an option for most people. So instead, we have to face our fears head-on—and that means learning how to deal with all those germs!
I'm here today with a simple but effective way for you to overcome your fear of disease and suffering: hypnosis!
Fear of suffering and disease hypnosis meditation
This is a guided meditation that will help you to overcome your fear of suffering and disease. You can use this meditation whenever you feel your fear coming on, or whenever you want to feel more confident in your ability to handle whatever comes your way.
Sit comfortably in an upright position. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax into the chair or couch, or wherever else you are sitting.
Now imagine yourself walking down a road. It's a path through the woods, and as you walk along it, you hear birds chirping in the trees above, see squirrels playing at your feet, and smell flowers blooming everywhere around you on all sides of the path. You notice that there are trees on either side of this path—tall trees with thick trunks—and that they have been growing here for many years without ever being cut down or removed from their places along this path. They have been able to grow tall and strong simply because no one has ever tried cutting them down or removing them from their places along this path before now.
Now imagine yourself walking further down this path toward its end point which lies somewhere beyond sight for now but still within reach if only
A lot of people suffer from fear of suffering, and this meditation can help you get to the bottom of it.
The first step is to find a comfortable position. It doesn't matter if you're sitting up or lying down—just find a position that feels good for you.
Next, close your eyes and focus on breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. Focus on this for about 30 seconds or so at a time, until you feel relaxed enough to go into hypnosis. If you're struggling to relax, think about something calming—like the beach or your favorite food!
Once you feel relaxed enough, picture yourself walking down a long hallway towards a door at the end of it. You can open the door if you want, but don't go through yet! Instead, look at what's inside of this room: what do you see? What do you smell? Are there any sounds? Take some time to explore this room before moving on to the next step.
After exploring this room, walk towards another door on the opposite side of where you started off (this one should be closed). Open this door and walk through it into an even bigger room than before! This time around there are
Sit down and focus on your breath. Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for a few seconds, then exhale through your mouth. Repeat this process until you feel relaxed.
Once you're feeling calm, imagine yourself walking down a long hallway. As you walk, the hallway lights up with each step that you take. At the end of the hallway is a door. Walk up to it and open it to reveal a small room with a single chair inside.
Sit down in the chair and close your eyes. Imagine yourself as an observer, watching yourself from above your head as if you were looking down on yourself from an angle. The observer will notice another person sitting across from them—this is what's called "self-hypnosis." You'll notice that this person looks exactly like you except that they're wearing white lab coat instead of clothes or nothing at all like normal people do (if you think about it). This person has no face or features whatsoever, just blank skin where eyes should be located as if they've been erased away somehow by some unknown force at work here; perhaps another dimension is responsible for this phenomenon?
The observer notices that there are no windows or doors leading into or out

We are going to explore how to overcome your fear of suffering and disease, using hypnosis.
The first step is to relax. You can do this by closing your eyes and taking deep breaths. Feel the air as it enters your body, filling up your lungs. Let it out slowly, feeling yourself relax more with each breath.
Now, imagine yourself standing in a field covered in flowers, trees and bushes surrounding you on all sides. The sun is shining brightly overhead and birds are singing happily in nearby trees. You feel warm sunlight on your face and arms as you walk forward into the field, feeling more relaxed than ever before!
As you approach a tree that looks particularly delicious, you notice there is a small sign hanging from one of its branches: "Fear Busters". Curious about what this could mean, you reach up towards it but before you can grab hold of it something unexpected happens: everything around you starts moving faster! You try to keep up but soon find yourself running after them as they race past at lightning speed!
You start running too fast for comfort -
