In this hypnosis meditation, you will be guided through a visualization where you will imagine eating certain foods that you have been avoiding for years. By doing this visualization exercise, you'll be able to break free from your fear of taste and learn to enjoy new foods!
You'll also learn how to make these new foods taste even better by using a simple technique called "flavor enhancement." By applying this technique, you'll be able to take any dish and make it more delicious than ever before!

Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and eyes closed. Take a long, deep breath, hold it for five seconds, then exhale slowly. Repeat this breathing pattern for five minutes and focus on how calm and relaxed you feel as your body relaxes into this pose.
Now imagine that you are standing in front of a buffet table full of all kinds of delicious foods: fruits, vegetables, meats, and desserts. You're looking at all these different foods with interest and curiosity—not judgment—and appreciating each one for what it is: an individual thing with its own set of flavors and textures that makes it unique from all the other items on the table.
When you notice any judgmental thoughts coming up about one particular item (such as "I don't like strawberries"), simply say out loud: "Thank you for sharing that thought." Then go back to feeling curious about all the different items on
