In this meditation, you will learn to control your fear of terrorist hypnosis. This is a very real and common fear, but it can be overcome. The first step is to accept that you have this fear, and that it is okay. Fears are nothing to be ashamed of—they exist for a reason, and they are something we must work through in order to achieve our full potential.
The next step is to understand the nature of hypnotism, so that you can begin to see how it operates in people's lives every day. If a person under hypnosis were able to make another person do something against their will—like rob a bank or kill someone else—why would they want someone like that on their team? Or even worse: why would they want someone like that in charge? No one would choose a hypnotist for president because it would mean handing over their freedom and making themselves vulnerable to manipulation by another person. This meditation is designed to help you overcome your fear of terrorist hypnosis. You might be wondering why you even have this fear, when it's so rare for terrorists to use hypnosis on their victims. The answer lies in your brain—and how it works.
Your brain is wired to be hypervigilant when it comes to danger, and that's great! It means that when you're walking down the street and see a car barreling toward you, your brain will immediately go into fight-or-flight mode and let you know that you need to get out of its way. But sometimes our brains get confused about what danger actually looks like. In this case, since there are so few instances of terrorist hypnosis being used by terrorists, your brain might automatically assume that it's dangerous because it doesn't understand what else could be causing the symptoms.
What are those symptoms? Well, if you start feeling dizzy or lightheaded, like someone is controlling your thoughts or actions (even though no one is), that could mean someone has hypnotized you without your knowledge. Your brain thinks this because other times when people have been hypnotized against their will (like by stage hypnotists), those same symptoms appear in the subject's body

Take a deep breath in, hold it for a few seconds and then breathe out slowly. Feel the tension leaving your body as you relax into the chair or bed where you are seated. Feel your feet on the ground and notice how they feel as they touch the floor or bed. Feel the weight of your body against the chair or bed and notice how it feels against your back and shoulders as well as against your buttocks and legs. Notice how good it feels to let go of all that tension so that it can leave your body in each exhale until there is nothing left but calmness inside of yourself; no thoughts, no feelings, just peace within yourself...
Now imagine that there is a beautiful white light shining down upon you from above at an angle so that it touches your forehead first before moving down over your face until it reaches your chin then back up again towards your forehead before moving down over each eye socket next (if they were open) or around them if

Now imagine that one day while you're at home, terrorists break in and use their hypnotic powers on you. They make sure that when they leave the house, you won't remember anything about them being there except for the fact that they were kind enough not to harm your family members but rather just bring some snacks for everyone and then leave without incident.
When they leave the house after using their powers on everyone else, they don't even look back at the people they've hypnotized because they know they'll forget anything happened once they've
