This meditation is designed to help you overcome your fear of the bogeyman.
The bogeyman is a creature that many people fear. He's also known as the monster under the bed, or the monster in the closet. In this meditation, you'll be able to confront your fear of the bogeyman and learn to see him as he really is: a figment of your imagination.
To do this, we'll use a hypnotic technique called progressive relaxation. This involves systematically tensing and relaxing different parts of your body, which helps you become more aware of what's happening in your physical body and how it relates to your emotions and thoughts. By doing this, you can better understand how you're reacting to things like being afraid of the bogeyman—and then begin to change those responses by making different choices about how to respond when faced with that fear again in the future.
You may find yourself feeling relaxed or sleepy while listening to this meditation; if so, that's okay! Just make sure not to fall asleep while driving or operating machinery or performing any other task where falling asleep might cause harm to yourself or others (or even just embarrassment).
This meditation is designed to help you overcome your fear of the Bogeyman.
First, you need to relax and focus. If you are sitting in a chair, make sure you are comfortable and settled. It's okay if your feet touch the ground—just don't cross them at the ankles. If you can, have someone read this to you out loud. If not, find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed while doing this meditation.
Put one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest. Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth until there is no more breath in your lungs. Repeat several times until you feel calm and relaxed.
Now imagine that there is a door right in front of you made entirely out of sunlight. Imagine that when it opens, it reveals the Bogeyman standing there with his arms crossed over his chest and a scowl on his face—but that he does not see or hear anything else around him except for what is happening inside this room with just the two of you inside it together. That means that no matter how loud he shouts or how big he gets when he's angry at something else happening outside those walls right now (like maybe another kid getting too close to

The first thing we're going to do is take a deep breath, and then another one after that. Now, just relax. Let your shoulders drop down and away from your ears, and let your neck muscles relax. That's it! Keep breathing deeply until you feel like you can relax completely.
Now, let's go back in time and think about when you were a little kid. Do you remember how scary it was? You were so small, but everything around you was so big: trees, houses, cars… It felt like anything could hurt you at any moment! But here's the thing: as we grow older, we learn that nothing is trying to hurt us—that most things are actually quite harmless. And that includes monsters under the bed.
So as we go back in time together now and recall that feeling of being young and afraid… remember how much bigger it felt than it really was? Remember how strong those emotions were? And now that they're gone (which they are), what do they feel like now? What does it look like when those emotions are gone? How do they disappear?

Hello. This is a hypnosis meditation to help you overcome your fear of the Bogeyman.
I'm going to count backwards from 10 to 1, and when I reach 1, you'll be in a deep state of hypnosis where you can let go of your fear of the Bogeyman. When you are ready, just close your eyes and listen to my voice.
10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1. You are now under hypnosis.
Let's begin by focusing on your breathing. Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth slowly. Feel the air fill up your lungs as they expand, and then feel it leave as you breathe out again slowly through pursed lips so that no sound comes out of them at all—just be silent as you breathe out until there's nothing left inside of you but air itself!
Now imagine that air is flowing into every part of your body, filling up all those spaces where any fear might have been lingering before this moment—and then imagine that all that fear has been replaced with warmth and safety instead—you're surrounded by love and support everywhere in this room right now
