Ever since I was a kid, I've had this fear of the figure 8 hypnosis meditation. It's weird, because the figure 8 hypnosis meditation isn't actually scary at all. But for some reason, when I was younger, it used to give me nightmares.

If no, then ask yourself: what would happen if I made a figure 8? Would anything bad happen? What if I were to make two figure 8s instead of one? Would that be better? Or worse?
