I know that it's not a great feeling—I have a fear of the word "yellow" myself, and it's been a real struggle to get over it. But I've learned that there are ways to manage this fear, and today I want to share with you some techniques that might help you get through this tough time.
First of all: don't take it personally. It's not about YOU—it's about your brain. Your brain has built up a pattern around the word "yellow" and when it hears or sees it, it triggers something inside you that makes you feel anxious or afraid. That can be really confusing and upsetting, especially if people around you keep saying things like "there is nothing wrong with the color yellow," or "you're safe now." But what those people don't understand is that those things aren't even true—because they don't know anything about how your brain works!
So what can we do about this? Well for one thing: start by accepting yourself exactly as you are right now—with all your fears and anxieties about

Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, hold for 3 counts, then exhale for 6 counts. Repeat this for 5 minutes, until you feel relaxed and ready to begin the meditation.
Imagine yourself sitting in a chair at a table in a restaurant. You are having lunch with some friends—your best friend, your sister, and your mother. They are all having fun and laughing together. You feel happy and relaxed.
Now imagine that someone walks up to the table and starts calling out random words—any word they say will cause you great distress. You look around frantically at your friends who seem unfazed by this stranger's words; they continue laughing and eating their food without giving it much thought. The stranger continues calling out words that make no sense to anyone but you: "blue," "green," "red." Your heart races as you search for an escape route from this strange man who has decided to torment you publicly while everyone else seems oblivious to what's happening right under their noses!
