Step 1: Find a comfortable position for yourself
You should choose a comfortable position for yourself before starting the session. You can sit on the floor or in a chair with both feet firmly planted on the ground or lie down flat on your back with your arms slightly apart from each other at shoulder level.
Step 2: Focus on breathing
