You will soon be guided into a deep state of relaxation, where you will be able to release the fear that is holding you back from living your life.
You may find yourself in a place where the air feels cooler, or perhaps it feels warmer than usual. You may see yourself in a field or on an open plain, surrounded by trees. Whatever happens during this meditation, just let it happen. Don't try too hard to control it—just relax and allow yourself to experience whatever comes into your mind without judgment.
The more you relax and allow yourself to enjoy this experience, the more effective it will be at helping you overcome your fear of trees.
Hi, I'm [name] and today we're going to be talking about fear of trees.
Fear of trees is something that affects a lot of people, but it's also something that can be very easy to fix. In this meditation, we're going to help you get rid of your fear by using hypnosis techniques.
The first thing we need to do is make sure that you've got a comfortable place where you can relax without being disturbed. Try turning off your phone and closing the door so that no one can come in while you're doing this. You'll also want to get comfortable by sitting or lying down wherever feels best for you. Now take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. When you inhale, imagine all the oxygen filling up every single part of your body until there's nothing left but happiness and peace. When you exhale, let out any negative thoughts or feelings that might be weighing on you from earlier today or yesterday—those things won't matter anymore once we're done here!
Now think back over what scares you about trees: maybe it's how tall they are; maybe it's how fast they grow; maybe it's how dark they can get at night without any lights around them (

In this hypnosis meditation, we will focus on your fear of trees and help you understand why it exists. We will then work together to create a solution that will allow you to feel better around trees by helping you understand why they are not actually that scary after all!

I'm going to be recording a hypnosis session for you. This will be a relaxation exercise that will help you get rid of your fear of trees. The session will last approximately fifteen minutes and should help you to relax and feel more comfortable around trees.

During this session, I will guide you through a series of progressive relaxation exercises that will help you feel more relaxed and focused. Once you have reached a state of deep relaxation, I will guide you through an exercise that will help remove your fear of trees. You may notice some changes in yourself after this session; however, it may take time before they are noticeable enough for others to notice them too. The most important thing is that you keep practicing these exercises so they become part of your everyday life!

I was terrified of trees for most of my life. They were just so...big! And tall! And...well, trees.
And because I was so scared of them, I avoided them whenever possible. I didn't want to go outside if there were trees around—and when they were out of sight, they were usually still on my mind. Even when I couldn't see them, they were still somehow there—in my peripheral vision. It was like a constant reminder that they could be around any corner and would eat me alive if given the chance.

Repeat each affirmation three times, and then let it go.
Repeat them again three more times, and again let them go.

Today we're going to focus on letting go of the past. We know that people who have a fear of trees often have traumatic experiences in their past, so we're going to use hypnosis to help you let go of those traumas, and create new neural pathways in your brain.
When you're ready, close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for six seconds, then exhale through your mouth for ten seconds.
Now imagine yourself standing under a large tree with bright green leaves. The sun is shining down on you, warming your body and face. Take another deep breath in through your nose, hold it for six seconds as before, then exhale out for ten seconds again—and as you do so, listen to my voice:
"I am standing under a large tree with bright green leaves and warm sunshine on my face."
I'm going to teach you a new way to overcome your fear of trees.
First, take a deep breath. Then, relax your body from head to toe. Let your shoulders drop, and feel your hips relax.
Now, imagine that you're lying down in a beautiful field of green grass under a large tree. The tree has been there for many years and has grown large branches with leaves that create shade over you as you lie on the ground under it. It's like being in the forest but without any danger or fear—just peace and comfort.
You can't see anything but green grass and the tops of trees around you, but you feel completely safe here. You aren't afraid of anything at all—you just want to stay here forever!
As you lay there peacefully feeling comfortable in this place, imagine that a breeze comes through and gently moves through the leaves above your head. This breeze feels cool against your skin; it feels refreshing and renewing as it moves through this place where only peace exists. You could stay here for hours if you wanted to because nothing bad could ever happen here—it's just too beautiful!

You're probably here because you're afraid of trees. Well, I'm here to tell you that there's nothing to be afraid of. Trees are actually really cool. They have roots and bark and branches, and they provide shade in the summer and oxygen in the winter. They're basically just like humans, except they don't have skin or brains or feelings or anything like that.
So why are you afraid of them? Maybe it's because your parents told you when you were little that if you didn't eat your broccoli, a tree would come up out of the ground and eat your toes. Or maybe it's because when you were little, all those big trees seemed so tall and scary, but now that we've grown up together (you know who I mean), those big trees aren't so scary anymore!
I know how hard it can be to shake off this fear—I used to be afraid of cats too! But once I realized that cats weren't going to hurt me (and in fact were quite nice), my whole outlook changed for the better! I hope this meditation helps you as much as my cat meditation helped me!

You walk among them, enjoying the fresh air and beauty of nature all around you. You see how each tree is unique, how each has its own personality and character. Some of the trees have branches that reach out over the path in front of you like an invitation to come closer to them.
As you do so, they become more friendly and welcoming to you, protecting you from any dangers that might lurk nearby. You feel safe with these trees around you; they feel like friends now as well as protectors!

I'm going to teach you how to get rid of your fear of trees. It's very simple, and all you need is a few minutes of your time each day.
First, find a quiet place where no one will disturb you. If that's not possible, then just be sure you can sit quietly without being interrupted. Then close your eyes and take a deep breath. Let it out slowly as you focus on the sound of your breath going in and out. Do this for about five minutes until you feel yourself relaxing.
Now imagine that you are standing in front of a tree—any tree will do! This tree could be in your backyard or even in the park. It doesn't matter where it is; just imagine yourself standing in front of this tree with nothing but open space around it. Now look at all of its features: its roots stretching far into the ground below; its trunk rising high into the sky above; its branches reaching out toward both suns; its leaves rustling gently as they dance in the breeze. Take a moment to really see every aspect of this beautiful tree before continuing on to step three!
