The first step is to become aware of what triggers your fear of wooden objects. If you find yourself getting anxious in certain situations, then you'll want to write down the circumstances that trigger these feelings. For example, if you go into an antique store and see a picture frame made out of wood, then that would be one possible trigger for you. You could make note of this situation so that you know what to avoid in the future.
Once you've identified your triggers, it's time to start practicing hypnosis techniques! To do this, sit comfortably in a chair or lie down on your bed with pillows under your head and legs. Take deep breaths and relax each part of your body as you exhale: feet first (as if they were sinking into warm sand), then calves and thighs, pelvis, abdomen and chest (feeling like someone was patting them gently), shoulders (relaxing them like they were steel melting), hands

Keep doing this until you start feeling relaxed and calm about the object in front of you.
Once this happens, keep repeating "I am relaxed" or "I'm calm" until these feelings become permanent. Keep practicing this technique until it becomes second nature for you!
