This meditation will help you connect with your inner guide and access the wisdom within.
To begin, take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax. You can close your eyes or leave them open if that's easier for you—just let go of any worries or concerns so they won't distract you from connecting with your inner guide. As you settle into a relaxed state, imagine that you are surrounded by warm blue light. Feel it wrap around you like a blanket and protect you from harm.
Now imagine that there is a staircase in front of you. It leads up into the sky, where there is a door leading into a place where your inner guide lives. Take one step onto the staircase and walk up as far as feels right for you; then stop and knock on the door before entering.
Once inside, meet your inner guide—it may be an animal, spirit guide, or another person who has helped guide you throughout life (or even someone new!). They will be waiting for you in this place because they've been waiting for this moment since the day they first heard about it from someone else who had come here before them. If this seems too difficult at first because there is no one there yet

As you look up at this mountain, notice how it seems to have been carved by nature into smooth curves and gentle lines that make it seem like something that was created by an artist rather than by nature itself. There are no jagged edges or sharp corners anywhere on this mountain; instead, everything is smooth and round—even the rocks that form its foundation seem perfectly balanced with one another as they sit there unmoving in their places on top of each other like stones in a well-crafted piece of jewelry made for royalty (which makes sense because royalty tend to be

If you're having trouble finding your inner guide, don't worry. You can use this meditation to help you connect with the spirit that lives inside of you.
In this meditation, we will focus on your breath and take some deep breaths to relax your body and mind. Then, we'll visualize a path in front of you as you walk down it. Follow this path through a forest or other natural environment until you see an animal or person at the end of it. This animal or person is your inner guide—it will help lead you along the path to find what was lost within yourself.
Now sit back and enjoy the rest of this meditation!
We are all born with an inner guide. This guide is a spirit that helps us make decisions and navigate our lives. We have the ability to access this guide at any time, but we often don't realize it because we're distracted by external factors. In this meditation, we'll focus on following your inner guide so that you can get back on track and reconnect with who you really are.
1) Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, then slowly exhale through your mouth. Repeat this three times as you feel yourself relaxing into the cushion or chair that you're sitting on.
2) Visualize yourself standing at the top of a mountain, looking out over all of creation. Feel how big everything is—the trees, animals, oceans… It's overwhelming! But suddenly something happens: You see two paths appear before you. One path leads up the mountain; the other leads down into a dark forest filled with bears and wolves (or whatever scares you). Which one do you choose? Your inner guide will tell you which way to go!
Let's practice the following technique:
1. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Take in a deep breath, hold it for a moment, and then slowly exhale. Repeat this process three times.
2. Now, imagine that you are sitting on the shore of a beautiful lake or river, and watch as your reflection slowly appears on the surface of the water. It is smiling back at you and giving you a nod of encouragement to begin following it down into the water. Follow it down into the water until you feel comfortable enough to swim alongside it for awhile. Keep swimming until you feel ready to return to dry land again (this may take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour or more).
3. When ready, slowly open your eyes and sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor and your hands resting comfortably in your lap.
