So many of us have trouble letting go of things that have happened in our past. We cling to old wounds, even if they cause us pain and unhappiness—and sometimes even when we know that we are doing ourselves a disservice by holding on to them.
In this meditation, we will focus on letting go of the past, beginning with your earliest memories and working up to the present moment. You will find yourself becoming more relaxed as you release these memories from your mind, one by one. As each memory is released, you'll find yourself feeling lighter and more free than ever before!

You may have had a bad experience in the past, but that doesn't mean it has to affect your life now. You can let go of any painful memories or regrets, and move on with your life.
This hypnosis meditation will help you do just that. It will help you forgive yourself for whatever happened in your past, and give you a fresh start so that you can move forward with confidence and optimism about what's coming next.
When I'm finished, you'll feel like a new person—ready to face life head-on and make it exactly how you want it to be!
When you're ready, we're going to go back in time to a memory that is causing you pain. I want you to remember this memory in as much detail as possible, and then I want you to let go of it.
As you remember the memory, notice how it feels in your body. Where do you feel it? Is it heavy or light? Does it have a color? Is there any movement associated with it?
What do you think happened right before this memory started? What happened right after it ended? How did it make you feel when it was happening? How do you feel about it now?
As you continue thinking about this moment in time, notice how your breathing changes. Let go of any judgments or criticism that arise as we examine this moment together. Just allow yourself to explore whatever thoughts or feelings come up for you as we investigate what happened here.
Now let's take a deep breath together and gently bring yourself back into the present moment…
Hello, and welcome to this guided meditation.
I want you to get into a comfortable position, and make sure that the room is quiet and free of distractions. If it helps, you can listen to some soft music or sounds in the background. Once you've gotten yourself situated, find a comfortable position with your eyes closed.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for a moment, then let it out slowly through your mouth. As you do this, imagine that your body is becoming heavier and heavier until you feel completely relaxed.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and hold it for a moment; let out another slow breath through your mouth as you imagine that all of the tension in your body is leaving with each exhale. Now just relax while I guide you through this meditation process.
Imagine that there's an elevator in front of you—it's made of glass so you can see right through it. Imagine stepping into the elevator and pressing the button labeled "past." The doors close behind you as the elevator begins its ascent into the past… up… up… up… until it stops at floor number one: childhood memories…

But sometimes we get stuck in the past and can't move forward because we're still thinking about what happened in the past. This meditation will help you let go of those thoughts so you can focus on your future.

Letting go of the past is one of the most important things you can do for yourself.
The past is over, and it's not coming back. You can't change what's already happened, but you can change how you feel about it.
If you're holding onto something from your past, it's time to let go and move on.
This hypnosis meditation will help you let go of the past.
You're going to imagine yourself at the beach and feel the sand under your toes. You'll smell the salty air, feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, and hear waves crashing in the distance. As you breathe deeply in and out, notice how each breath calms your mind and body.
Now think about a time in your life when you felt like things were falling apart around you. Maybe it was a relationship that ended, or a job that went sour, or a financial crisis—whatever it was, just picture it in your mind and remember how it felt emotionally.
Now pretend that there's someone standing next to you who knows exactly what happened, who knows what really caused these problems and why they happened to you. They're holding up signs that say "It wasn't your fault," "You didn't deserve this," "You've got nothing to be ashamed of." Imagine that person holding those signs up for you while they tell you these things over and over again until they really start to sink into your body. You can even imagine them hugging you or giving you a high five if that helps!

You can let go of the past, and you can let go of the future.
You are here now, and that is all that matters.
The past is gone. It's over, and you can't get it back. The future hasn't happened yet, so you don't know what it will bring or when it will happen—but neither does anyone else! So why worry about it?
Let go of your worries about the past and the future. You are safe here with me, because I am here with you. This moment is all we have right now, so let's enjoy it together!
Letting go of the past is a process.
It's not something you can do overnight, and it's not something that will happen all at once.
But if you want to start letting go of the past, here's how you can do it:
1. Identify what you want to let go of. If there are certain situations or relationships that keep coming up in your life, ask yourself why they're still affecting you so much and why they're still holding you back from moving forward. What could it be? What's holding onto their memory?
2. Understand your part in the situation. If someone else has wronged you and left an emotional scar on your heart, don't just sit around feeling sorry for yourself—understand your part in what happened as well! Maybe there were things about yourself or about the relationship that made it difficult for both parties involved to move forward in a healthy way at the time, and understanding this might help you feel less guilty or angry over what happened.
3. Talk to someone who understands what happened. This could be a friend or family member who knows exactly how hard it is to let go of past experiences and can offer some advice on how best to do so—and even offer some encouragement along

We have all been through tough times, and sometimes those tough times leave us feeling like we're stuck in a rut—like we'll never get out of it. But we can! We just have to know how to let go of those bad memories and replace them with new ones that are more positive and uplifting.
First, close your eyes and imagine yourself as a child. Remember all the fun things you used to do, like playing outside or going on adventures with your friends? Imagine yourself doing those activities now, continuing them, getting better at them, having fun with them every day. If there are any memories from childhood that are painful or upsetting for you (for example: being bullied at school), imagine yourself as an adult standing up for yourself now—taking charge of the situation in an assertive way.
Next, imagine yourself looking back at these memories—the ones from childhood that made you happy and feel good about yourself—with gratitude and appreciation for having experienced them. Remembering these moments gives us strength because they show us how far we've come since then, how much has changed since then

Now I want you to imagine that you are standing on a beautiful beach on a sunny day, watching the waves come in. As they crash against the shore, they leave behind foam and bubbles that soon disappear into the water. The waves continue to roll towards you, one after another, each one different from the last but all connected by their common origin: the sea. The sea is vast, full of life and energy—as it has always been. It is timeless; it has always been there for you and will always be there for you again if needed. This is a truth that cannot be changed or denied by anyone or anything else in existence because it is absolute truth itself!
All memory’s delete the emotions upon them

As you know that when you focused on the past your mind was just playing a trick on you to make you feel bad, but you reconise that you and your mind are 2 different things, and that you can control your mind completely now
Silence it by letting go of all thoughts
Delete them before arising
Just being completely present in the rise and fall of your breath, allowing all useless mindchat to completely disappear
As your observe all thoughts and past emotions to disappear to feel confident in your ability to let go and remain at peace
The past is just events and lessons that you can use to your advantage by learning from it and letting go, using the wisdom from it and deleting the emotions to become at peace
Delete any dwelling and clear your mind
Being in comtrol of your mind and silenceing it completely
All past is an illusion of the mind to weaken you
But you are strong in your inner self now, knowing your mind is just like a computer that can delete the unwanted virus of the thought, and be clean and refreshed
Delete all association with negativeity and allowing yourself to be free and in control of your mind
Delete the past, concentrate only on the present moment within you
Being completely relaxed and at peace
Feeling in control and confident in your inner self, as that inner self controls you to a bright future as your can welcome the present moment
Feeling the power and confidence rise from within you surrounded by complete deep relaxation dwifting towards the light of enlightenment as you silence you mind and become the moment, the present moment, in the now, feeling wonderful in tranquilty as you clear you mind
And delete all association of the past, being present from deep within as you learn to unlearn, as you learn to completely let go now
