This is a hypnosis meditation that I personally use and recommend. It's great for anyone who wants to learn how to meditate and be more mindful, but who has a hard time sitting still or focusing on their breath.
The guided meditation starts out by getting you into a relaxed state with some deep breathing exercises, then goes on to teach you how to focus your attention on your breath and let go of any thoughts that come up.
It's a great way to start your day or end it with a few minutes of calmness before you fall asleep.

How Does it Work?

We'll start by taking a deep breath in, then let it out slowly. Then we'll focus on our breathing for a few minutes and see where our thoughts take us.
