So here's what we're going to do. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Focus on the sound of my voice as I guide you through this meditation. You can use these words or just repeat them in your head if you like—it doesn't matter if you're saying them out loud or not. It's just important that you focus on them as they leave my lips.
Now focus on the sound of my voice and let it relax every part of your body from head to toe as you exhale each time. Feel yourself becoming more relaxed with each breath… feel yourself becoming more relaxed with each word… As we go deeper into this hypnosis session, we'll begin to enter into a state of deep relaxation where our minds are focused solely on what we want most in life: happiness!

The first step is to close your eyes and get comfortable. Take some deep breaths, letting them out slowly through your mouth as you exhale. Feel yourself relaxing with each exhalation of breath… starting in your toes and working up through your chest… letting go of any tension or stress that may be there…
Once you're feeling relaxed and calm, I want you to imagine a beach scene: blue sky overhead, white sand beneath your feet, waves gently lapping against the shoreline… You can hear birds singing nearby, or perhaps even feel a light breeze on your face… Feel yourself walking along the beach… taking slow steps as though they were huge strides… enjoying every moment of this walk along the shoreline…

The first step in this process is to find a quiet space where you won't be interrupted. You may also want to put on some headphones or earplugs if there's any noise around you.
Next, find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down. You might want to try sitting in an armchair with your feet flat on the floor and your arms at your sides. If lying down works better for you, then do so! Just make sure that whatever position you choose isn't causing any pain or discomfort.
