To start, sit down in a comfortable position with your back straight and feet firmly placed on the ground. Close your eyes and let all the muscles in your face relax. Breathe in deeply through your nose, then exhale slowly through your mouth, making sure not to tense any muscles as you breathe out or swallow air. Continue breathing deeply until the muscles in your shoulders and neck feel relaxed.
You may notice that as soon as you close your eyes, thoughts begin racing through your head about everything that needs to get done today or tomorrow—or even next week! Try not to worry about those thoughts; just let them pass

Well, today's meditation is designed specifically to help with those problems! We're going to work on improving your ability to study, so that all of those hours spent in front of books or computers actually pay off when it comes time for an exam or presentation.
STUDY IMPROVEMENT HYPNOSIS MEDITATION
This meditation is to help you with your studies, especially in school or university. It can also help you with any other learning that requires a lot of concentration and focus.
You will need:
- A quiet place where you can sit comfortably, without distractions;
- A notebook and pen;
- A timer (optional).
How to do it:
1. Turn off all electronic devices (phones, computers, etc.), as well as any noise-making items in the room (music players). Find a comfortable position to sit in. If possible, sit cross-legged on the floor or on a chair with both feet touching the ground. Close your eyes and take deep breaths for 5 minutes until you feel relaxed. Focus on each breath and count them until 10 (or more) before inhaling again. Do this for about 10 minutes before starting with step 2 below. If possible, try counting backwards from 10 instead of forwards from 1 - this will help you relax even more quickly! You can also use an app such as Calm or Headspace if you prefer not to count out loud yourself - just make sure they're turned off while doing this exercise so they don't distract
