Hypnotherapy & Hypnosis in Adelaide
The process of entering a state of hypnosis is natural, but the word itself might have you dreaming of swinging pocket watches. Indeed, the idea of hypnotism has inspired fascination and fear for many centuries. It is also a powerful tool for change and healing that can tap into your subconscious mind to increase your level of awareness, reduce anxiety, or improve your physical or mental health.

Hypnotherapy Adelaide | Terry Dalkos: Hypnotherapist / Change Facilitator
It will take you to a place where your mind can relax and your body can rest.
The goal of this meditation is to help you find peace and calm in your body and mind.
You are about to experience a deep relaxation hypnosis meditation.
You will be guided through a series of steps that will help you relax and get into a meditative state.
The first step is to sit back, close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice.
As you listen to the sound of my voice it will put you in a trance like state.
The second step is to focus on your breathing and notice how it feels as you breathe in and out.
The third step is to imagine that there is a bubble around you and inside of that bubble are all the thoughts and worries that have been floating around in your mind lately.
The fourth step is now going to be for me to guide you through an exercise of letting go of any thoughts or worries by visualizing them moving out of the bubble one by one until nothing else remains but peace and tranquility within yourself.
Welcome to the deep relaxation hypnosis meditation.
You are safe here. You can relax, breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
I want you to imagine that you are in a peaceful place. A place where you feel happy and comfortable. Imagine that you are standing on a grassy hillside with trees around you. The sun is shining down on your body and warming up your skin. The air is fresh and smells of nature. You can hear birds singing in the distance as they fly around above you. There is also a small stream flowing nearby where water trickles over rocks before disappearing into the earth below.
Now close your eyes and take some deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, focusing on my voice as I guide you deeper into trance with each breath until all thoughts have left your mind and only relaxation remains.
You are warm and relaxed, and your mind is just drifting.
You're relaxed. You feel safe. You know that you can trust yourself to relax even more deeply, because everything is going to be okay.
You are safe here, in this place where you can find peace and calm. You have come here to rest, to recharge and rejuvenate yourself. Your body is already feeling lighter and more energetic, as if it has shed a heavy weight that was holding it down for so long.
You can feel your breathing slow down as you become more relaxed, more peaceful than ever before.
All of your worries melt away from your mind as you sink deeper into this place of peace and relaxation.
Your body feels like it's floating on air now—you are weightless in this place where there is only peace and calmness. The world outside doesn't matter anymore; all that matters right now is relaxing into the present moment and enjoying this feeling of peace that has been missing from your life for so long now!
Do you ever feel like the world is just too much?
Like you're always running and never getting anywhere? Like you're a hamster on a wheel, just going round and round?
Well, I'm here to tell you that there's a way out of that hamster wheel—and it's through hypnosis.
With this meditation, I'll guide you into a deep state of relaxation—so deep, in fact, that your mind will be completely at ease. And once we get there—when your mind is relaxed and open, ready for me to help guide it in any direction I choose—then I'll use my powers to help you achieve whatever goals are most important to you right now. The sky's the limit!
This hypnosis session will help you relax and focus, so that you can reach a deep state of mental calm.
You'll be guided through a series of simple, but powerful relaxation techniques that will help quiet your mind and body. As you practice these techniques, you'll start to notice the difference in how relaxed you feel.
As we practice these techniques over time, they will become more and more effective at helping us relax and focus on what's happening right now.
The first thing you'll notice is that your eyes are closed. That's because it's time for you to relax and enjoy this guided meditation.
As you breathe deeply and let go of all the tension in your body, you'll find yourself becoming more relaxed and peaceful than you ever imagined possible.
As this relaxation takes hold of your mind and body, it will be easier than ever to clear away any stress or worries that may be keeping you from feeling truly happy and free.
This meditation is meant to help you relax and unwind, helping you release stress and tension while enhancing your ability to focus.
You'll be guided through a series of relaxing breaths and gentle suggestions, which will help quiet your mind and allow you to let go of any stresses or worries that may be weighing on you. The end result is a state of calm relaxation, where you can find peace within yourself and reconnect with the world around you.
You will be guided through a series of exercises designed to help you release all the tension in your body. These exercises are designed to increase blood flow throughout the body and improve overall circulation, which helps alleviate stress and tension in all areas of the body.
As we continue through this meditation, we will also begin working on improving our focus by using our breath as an anchor for our attention. By focusing on our breathing as we inhale and exhale, we can become more aware of what's happening around us without being distracted by it. This allows us to stay present in our bodies without getting lost in thought or worrying about things that have happened in the past or might happen in the future
Deep Relaxation Hypnosis Meditation
Relaxation is a state of mind, it's being calm and peaceful. It's also a state of body, where your muscles are relaxed, your heart rate is slow and even, and your breathing is deep and regular.
But most importantly, relaxation means you're calm and stress-free. When you're relaxed, you can think clearly and make better decisions about what's important in life. You can also be more productive at work or school because you aren't wasting energy on things that don't matter as much as the things that do.
I'm going to count from one to five, and when I reach the number five, you will be in a deep state of relaxation. You will remain in this relaxed state as long as you wish to do so. You can open your eyes at any time during the exercise and return to normal waking consciousness. However, whenever you close your eyes again, you will fall back into this relaxed state automatically.
One… You are feeling very relaxed, very comfortable, and very secure. Two… Your eyelids are getting heavy, and it's easy for you to let them close whenever you want to. Three… It's hard for you to keep your eyes open because they feel so heavy. Four… It feels wonderful just to lie here with your eyes closed while I count slowly up to five. Five! You are now completely relaxed and feeling wonderful!
Welcome to Deep Relaxation Hypnosis Meditation.
I'm going to take you on a journey of relaxation and peace. As you listen, you'll find yourself in a deep state of relaxation that will help you feel more at ease, peaceful and calm throughout the day.
This is a guided meditation that will help you relax your mind, body and spirit. It's a wonderfully effective way to unwind after a stressful day or recharge yourself before getting back into the fray.
So let's get started!
Welcome to the Deep Relaxation Hypnosis Meditation.
You are now going to be guided through a series of steps that will help you achieve a deep state of relaxation. These steps are designed to take you from a normal state of consciousness, through the hypnagogic state, and into a deep state of relaxation. You may even experience some vivid imagery as you go deeper and deeper into this state.
The purpose of this meditation is to help you relax and achieve a calm state of mind. This can be useful when you are feeling stressed or anxious, or when you want to improve your ability to focus on one thing at a time. By learning how to relax your body and mind at will, you can learn techniques that will help in any situation where being relaxed is helpful (such as when studying).
There are many different ways that people have learned how to meditate, but this particular method has been shown in clinical trials (please see below) to be effective at achieving better focus and concentration when compared with other methods of meditation.
Welcome to this deep relaxation hypnosis meditation.
This is a guided meditation designed to help you relax and enter a state of deep relaxation. You will be guided into a calm state, where you will experience peace and tranquility.
During this meditation, you will experience muscle relaxation, slow heart rate and breathing, lowered blood pressure and decreased metabolic rate. These changes will help to reduce pain and stress while increasing your overall sense of wellbeing.
You can listen to this session as often as you like. When you feel ready, move on to the next track by pressing the play button on your device or computer.
Take a deep breath in, and let it out slowly.
Let your body relax, and find a comfortable position to sit in.
Close your eyes, and focus on the sound of my voice.
Think about how you feel right now: maybe you're sitting in your favorite chair, or maybe you're on the couch watching TV. Maybe you're just lying down in bed—whatever works for you!
Think about how relaxed your body is starting to feel. Focus on the sensation of relaxation as it spreads throughout your body like a warm blanket covering you from head to toe. The more relaxed you get, the more focused your mind will become on relaxing and letting go of any stress or anxiety that might be holding you back from fully enjoying this experience.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth; don't worry if it feels weird at first because once the muscles in your face relax they'll start feeling really nice again!
Focus on my voice as I guide you deeper into relaxation with each word that comes out of my mouth. Feel yourself becoming more relaxed with every breath in and every breath out…
Hi, I'm Terry, and today I want to talk about how you can use hypnosis as a tool for relaxation.
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation where you're more focused on your inner world than the outer world. You can use it to help relieve stress and anxiety, or even just have a good time!
So how do you get there? First, find yourself a quiet space where you won't be interrupted for at least 20 minutes. Then, sit comfortably with your eyes closed and focus on your breathing. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth—inhaling for six seconds, holding for two seconds, exhaling for six seconds—and repeat this pattern until your mind begins to wander away from your breathing. It may take some practice before you're able to achieve this state consistently; that's okay!
Once you're relaxed enough, start telling yourself stories about what it feels like to be in this relaxed state. You might imagine lying on a beach with waves lapping at your feet while the sun shines down on you or being enveloped in a warm blanket while watching a movie with friends who love each other very much (or whatever makes sense for
